Experts estimate that some $41 trillion will pass from one generation to another before 2052, ushering in what some are calling a "Golden Age of Philanthropy.” Today’s philanthropy is strategic, sustainable and innovative. Accounting for more than 75,000 foundations, 122,000 donor-advised funds, 45,000 supporting organizations, and 1 million total nonprofits, the nonprofit sector employs nearly 7% of the American workforce. Where are you in this philanthropic phenomenon?
The DC chapter of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy invites you to an informal networking reception to meet with other emerging leaders in philanthropy, learn more about the benefits of membership and hear about more exciting events from EPIP-DC.
Join us on Tuesday, September 15 at Elephant & Castle (19th and Eye Streets) for a philanthropy-focused opportunity to meet like-minded professionals, potential partners and philanthropists involved in organized giving.
Complimentary food will be provided!
Complimentary drink tickets available to those who register!
**Note: Guests registered after 5:45pm on September 14th are not guaranteed a drink ticket.**
